1. Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and our terms and conditions. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

The minimum booking duration is 3 hours. Additional hours are charged at £25 per hour. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee.

In case of adverse weather conditions that make it unsafe to operate the inflatable castle (heavy rain, strong winds, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule your booking or provide a full refund.

2. Health and Safety

For your safety and the safety of others, please ensure that the following rules are adhered to:

• All users must remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and any sharp objects before entering the inflatable.
• No food, drinks, or chewing gum is allowed on the inflatable.
• No face paint, party poppers, or silly string as they can damage the inflatable.
• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• Users should not climb or hang on the walls of the inflatable.
• No somersaults or rough play.

3. Delivery and Setup

We will deliver, set up, and collect the inflatable castle at the times agreed upon booking. A clear, flat, and suitable area must be provided for the inflatable.

Please ensure there is sufficient space for the inflatable as per the dimensions provided. For outdoor setups, the area should be free from sharp objects, stones, animal waste, low hanging branches or wires.

A suitable power supply must be provided within 25 meters of the setup location. Our staff will conduct a site assessment upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse setup if the conditions are deemed unsafe.

4. Liability

Joio Inflatables holds full public liability insurance. However, this does not cover misuse of the equipment or failure to follow the safety instructions provided.

The hirer assumes responsibility for any injury occurring to any person using the equipment during the hire period if proper supervision and safety guidelines are not followed.

Any damage to the equipment caused by misuse or neglect will be charged to the hirer. Please report any accidents or damage immediately.

5. Data Protection

Joio Inflatables is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Joio Inflatables reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
