General Safety Guidelines
Please follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone using our inflatable castles.
Supervision
- Adult supervision is required at all times
- Supervisor should be able to see all areas of the castle
- Never leave children unattended on the inflatable
- Keep pets away from the inflatable
Capacity Limits
- Do not exceed the recommended capacity
- Group children by size and age when possible
- Capacity is clearly marked on each castle
- Overcrowding increases risk of injury
Personal Safety
- Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and sharp objects
- Empty pockets before bouncing
- No food, drinks, or gum while bouncing
- No somersaults or rough play
Weather Conditions
- Do not use in strong winds (above 24mph)
- Evacuate in rain to prevent slipping
- Deflate if not in use during adverse weather
- Be cautious of heat on hot sunny days

Emergency Procedures
In the rare event of an emergency, please follow these procedures:
If the inflatable begins to deflate:
- Remain calm and help children exit the inflatable immediately
- Check that the power supply is connected and turned on
- Ensure nothing is blocking the air intake
- If the problem persists, contact our emergency number: 07946602157
In case of injury:
- Stop all activity and assess the situation
- Administer first aid as appropriate
- For serious injuries, call 999 immediately
- Report all incidents to our team regardless of severity
